With a partnership with Global Sourcing Services AG (“GSS”), the owners of Novia are successfully implementing their successor solution. The company will be continued at the existing locations in Iserlohn, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Kaiping and Ningbo.
In the course of the transfer, Novia GmbH & Co. KG grew into the new Novia Handels GmbH.
As a result of this long-term partnership, nothing will fundamentally change for Novia’s customers and business partners. The locations in Iserlohn and Hong Kong / China will continue unchanged, Bernd Hennecke will remain the responsible managing director.
