From packaging machines for the pharmaceutical industry to machines for the construction sector: Our engineers apply their comprehensive knowledge and solid experience to the design of machines. One of our strengths is our expertise in knowledge transfer between standards, by means of which we can transfer proven solutions to other industries.
Every machine is planned and implemented to the last detail: By applying precise preparation with the help of 3D and 2D drawings with parts lists, we create a detailed design, which is then tested in the course of a feasibility analysis. Only then is the prototype built and tested. Upon request we perform a design failure mode analysis (DFMEA) or a process FMEA (PFMEA).
From the definition of specifications to series manufacture, we support all processes by means of quality assurance measures. These include in-house goods inwards inspection of all relevant components, assembly at our locations as per relevant quality standards and assembly plans, plus EOL testing using test rigs and equipment, which we develop ourselves upon request. We thus ensure that the machines later fulfil all requirements in terms of performance, capacity and precision, as well as working life.
