Customer-specific quality criteria

From the product concept to delivery, we support all processes by means of quality assurance measures. Based on our many years of experience, we also provide comprehensive advice on quality assurance, and we define customer-specific quality criteria.

These are reviewed on the basis of inspection forms which exist for all phases, from concept to despatch of the finished product. The forms are designed to be shared between the locations of the novia Group and our manufacturing partners.

We ensure consistent compliance with our strict quality criteria through our own on-site quality control to European standards.

In addition, our quality department is equipped for comprehensive testing, including all relevant control instruments and inspection tools from local and global manufacturers.

We have at our disposal a broad range of measurement, test, and assembly devices, as well as test equipment and inspection and quality devices.

These include, for example, coordinate measuring devices (CMD), optical measurement devices (projector), HV and HRC hardness testing devices, roughness measurement devices, and many more. Additionally, we cooperate with external partners in the neighbourhood, such as TÜV or SGS, in the testing of our products.

We create test certificates for all our products. These confirm compliance with the quality standards.
